Like Jon Jory's UNIVERSITY, these are miniplays - nine playlets - that connect and create a fascinating full evening of theatre. These plays are as real, as hard-hitting, as poignant and as funny as those in UNIVERSITY, but in this case they're concerned with lives of people just a little younger. The play begins with 'love' in ways that are at times touching and at other times humorous. Then the play proceeds to 'death' as some young people have to cope with the news of a suicide. It ends with 'the prom'. Out of these three themes comes a fulfilling sense of understanding these people and this time of life.
