THE BORDER GAME is the third play from award-winning writing duo Michael Patrick and Oisn Kearney. Mick and Oisn found huge success with their Edinburgh Fringe show MY LEFT NUT, which they went on to adapt into an award-winning BBC Three short series. Their second play THE ALTERNATIVE won the A Play For Ireland prize and was brilliantly reviewed. This new play, co-commissioned by the Lyric Belfast and Prime Cut to mark the 100th anniversary of the partition of Ireland will debut at The Belfast International Festival in October 2021. A fast-paced, darkly comic and hard-hitting exploration of this hugely complex and divisive issue.
